SHIPPING

All orders process and ship within 5 days of the order date. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and carrier at checkout. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with complete tracking information. At this time, Birdcage does not ship internationally.  Questions?  Contact us at [email protected] 

STORE PICK-UP

Orders for store pick-up take approximately 3 days to process.  You will receive an email alert when your order is ready. Drop by our Sea Isle City location at 3914 Pleasure Avenue, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243, during normal business hours to grab your order.  Click here for directions  Interested in curbside? RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. All items are carefully inspected before shipping. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.  Merchandise received after the returnable period will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit.  For questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

To begin your return...

1. Login to your Birdcage account. If you did not register when you placed your order, register with the same e-mail used to place the order. This will allow access to your order.

2. Choose My Orders.

3. View the order or items that need to be returned and follow the prompts.

You'll receive word about your return as soon as we process your request.  We are happy to provide a prepaid label or you can feel free to ship your return on your own.  If you choose to use our shipping label, a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time of processing. We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective.

Prepping your package... 

1. It is recommended that customers use the original box/bag that the shipment came in and include the completed invoice.

2. Secure the shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are visible and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

What happens next?

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the returns process is not followed, Birdcage is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Online Purchases

We will not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Items purchased online can be returned for refund or exchange to any of the Birdcage retail stores.

Returning items purchased as a gift

If you are returning a gift you received from a purchase made from this website, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. Please note we reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.
